Within AFSA’s Professional Education & Development Symposium (PEDS), the Air Force Sergeant’s Association hosts the AFSA International Convention, the Professional Educational Symposium (PES), the Professional Development Symposium (PDS), and the Enlisted Leadership Conferences (ELS) to support and educate service members on the issues affecting the US Air Force and our national security. The PEDS features participants from Military Educational Centers, supporting Military Branches and Joint Services Trainers, as well as Enlisted Leadership groups — totaling over 1,800 active-duty, retired and veteran attendees.
