Shon Barnwell Events creates memorable experiences for private clients, public companies, and government agencies. We specialize in meetings, workforce development training, and travel-based events.

What’s included in your fee?

Our single-source consultancy provides an itemized quote with all costs – there are never any surprise charges! We don’t execute invoice modifications until you’ve signed an amended agreement. Our quotes include our retainer and site visit fees, and when used, lodging and travel fees.

Who will be working on my event?

There’s no bait and switch here – Shon Barnwell is always on-site for events. We partner with a network of phenomenal event partners – 40 vendors with 475+ years of industry expertise. The majority of our superstar team members are veterans or the spouses of military members.

What software and technology do you use?

We use Eventbrite for event registration, ticket management and analytics. We also employ Google Drive for collaborative file sharing efforts. We offer state-of-the-art event management technology for large-scale events (500+ attendees) for a full lifecycle event platform.

How will you protect my event?

Our bonding capabilities provide $1,000,000 (USD) in aggregate coverage, $2,000,000 in personal and advertising Injury coverage; and $100,000 in coverage for damage to rental premises.

Do you plan weddings?

We do not plan weddings or provide “Day of” wedding services. We host anniversary dinners, birthday parties, retirement ceremonies, graduation events, corporate holiday parties, award banquets, book signings, memorials, leadership and professional development workshops, training seminars, and conferences.
